jlber Terms and Conditions

Access to jlber is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement that applies to all users regardless of their location, device, or method of access. jlber does not permit minors to register, play, or transact on the platform under any circumstances. If jlber has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification, and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts. You must also be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you reside before registering an account. jlber makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations, and accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk and legal liability. Users from the Philippines are the primary intended audience of this platform, and by registering you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements in full.

As a registered user of jlber, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use your jlber account to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, and you warrant that all funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate sources. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or platform glitches for financial gain is strictly forbidden and will be treated as a serious breach of these terms. jlber reserves the right to void any transactions, bets, or winnings that arose from or were influenced by such exploitation.

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the jlber platform, access games, or place wagers. You also agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual is prohibited. All gaming activity on your account must be conducted personally and in good faith. Violation of any of the obligations listed in this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without compensation.

All financial transactions on jlber — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). This applies to all players regardless of device or location, and there are no currency conversion fees applied to PHP transactions. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment channel, and jlber does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details you provide are accurate; jlber will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or e-wallet due to user error.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with jlber's current withdrawal procedures, which are detailed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals will only be released to payment methods that belong to the account holder, and jlber may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. jlber reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending account review, or an unresolved dispute. All transaction records are maintained by jlber and, in the event of a discrepancy, jlber's records shall be considered authoritative unless demonstrably erroneous. Players are encouraged to review all transaction history within their account dashboard regularly.

jlber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent transactions, suspected money laundering, use of prohibited software or tools, or any conduct that jlber deems harmful to the platform or its users. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, jlber may be required to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held within the account may be forfeited by jlber. Where an account is closed at jlber's discretion for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any valid balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or pending transactions. The jlber platform may reference or interact with third-party services, including payment processors and game content providers. These third parties operate under their own separate terms, privacy policies, and service conditions, over which jlber has no control and for which jlber accepts no responsibility. The inclusion of any third-party service within the jlber platform does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by jlber of that party's practices, products, or services. Any disputes arising between you and a third-party service provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

jlber is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or reliability of any third-party service integrated into the platform. Where a third-party payment processor experiences downtime or a processing error that affects your deposit or withdrawal, jlber will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee outcomes that are outside of its direct control. You acknowledge and agree that your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the terms of that service. jlber strongly recommends that players familiarise themselves with the terms of any payment service they use in connection with their jlber account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings or claims relating to these terms or your use of the jlber platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute. jlber operates with the Philippines market as its primary focus and all platform communications, policies, and player interactions are conducted in the English language as used in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by jlber to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and jlber with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
